Fourth Black Sea Stakeholder Conference in Batumi, Georgia on 15 September 2017

On 15th of September 2017, the BLACK SEA STAKEHOLDER CONFERENCE ON BLUE ECONOMY will be held in Batumi (Georgia).

On 15th of September 2017, the BLACK SEA STAKEHOLDER CONFERENCE ON BLUE ECONOMY will be held in Batumi (Georgia).

Mr. Manaila and Mr. Gospodinov will attend this event.

As a speaker, Mr. Manaila will make a power point presentation, that will include the following items:

  1. Short presentation of the Black Sea Advisory Council
  2. Statistics concerning the Romanian and Bulgarian fishing fleets
  3. Record catches both in Romania and Bulgaria over the last years
  4. Main issues of the fisheries sector from both countries: Romania and Bulgaria:
    • Extension of NATURA 2000 areas;
    • Fishing the Rapana Venosa species;
    • Increasing the Turbot quota.
