On 20 and 21 Nov. 2017 the General Assembly of the Black Sea Advisory Council was held at the International Hotel in Sinaia, Romania. Mrs. Pascale Colson from EC DG MARE, a coordinator and responsible for the functioning of EU Advisory Councils, was an official guest to the Assembly.
